As a valuable addition to the Fairview teaching staff, Insoo gives most of his lessons in his native language, Korean. Insoo is a hard worker and has a real passion for both learning and teaching. In his down time he enjoys competing in tournaments. His teaching philosophy stresses the equal importance of swing mechanics and mental control. Working more often with juniors, seniors and novice women, Insoo feels that the importance of the mental side of golf is often underestimated. An even mental state is just as valuable as a consistent backswing.

                 Insoo Han was born in Kunsan, Korea, where he started playing golf in his late twenties, similar to Y.E. Yang. He made the move to Kentucky in 2002, where he was approached by several people who wanted him to teach them golf. Insoo discovered that he had a natural talent for instruction, and continued to gain a small following until 2004, when he moved to the east coast. After turning to PGA Master Professional Jay Na for guidance, Insoo decided to pursue the PGA program. Insoo has also passed his playing ability test, and is now officially a teaching apprentice in the PGA program. He has been an instructor here at Fairview since March 2008.
