We make it as easy as possible to return an item if you are not satisfied. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date you received your order. We will refund the amount of your purchase for all items returned in their original condition. Shrink-wrapped items must be unopened with the shrink wrap intact. Include the original packing slip with your return so we can properly credit your Account.
Mailing Your Returns
Please check the packing slip included with your items for return instructions and addresses. Mail items purchased from Fairview Golf .com, with the original packing slip, to:

Returns that are sent after the cutoff date will not be processed or sent back to the customer. Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returning to Our Pro Shop
Within 30 days of the date an order arrives; you may bring items to the Pro Shop to receive a refund. Please call the Pro Shop ahead of time to verify its policy.

How do I cancel an item from an order?
If your order has entered our shipping process, it cannot be canceled. In those situations, you may return the order within 30 days from date of shipment; see our Returns Policy for full details.
To change an eligible order, click "Order Status" in the upper-right-hand corner of the page. You'll go to the order status page. If you have an account, sign in to View Order History. A screen will be displayed that lists your order(s), both those in process and those completed. Click the "Order Number" or "Check your order" links next to the order you wish to modify or cancel. A detailed list of all the items in your order will be displayed. Items that can be canceled will show the word "cancel" under the quantity ordered. If you click the cancel button on one of the items that are cancelable you will be asked to confirm the cancellation.
If you do not have an account and would like to modify or cancel your order, you can determine if your order can be canceled by clicking "Order Status" in the upper-right-hand corner of the page. Under "Check an Order," enter your order number and email. Items that can be canceled will show the word "cancel" under the quantity ordered. Click the cancel button on the cancelable items you want to remove from your order. You will be asked to confirm the cancellation.
If you placed your order by phone with a Customer Service representative, it will not appear in your regular account. Please call 914-592-1666 and we'll adjust your order.
How can I cancel my Fairview Golf Membership?
If you purchased your membership at the Pro Shop, you may cancel the membership at the Pro Shop, but you will only receive a refund if the cancellation is made within 30 days of the purchase date and a receipt is presented. If you purchased your membership online, you may contact us at 914-592-1666.
Please note that online refunds are issued only if the cancellation request is made within 30 days of the purchase date
Lesson cancellation is accepted 24 hours in advance of scheduled lesson. Less than 24-hour cancellation will result in a penalty fee depending on type of lesson scheduled.
